Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to most destinations on orders over £250.00. Orders made before 9AM UK TIME are dispatched the same day. Orders made after 9AM UK TIME are dispatched the next working day.

 

Shipping Policy - UK:

UK Shipping is with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 48 Hours (Tracked): Delivery aim within 48 hours (2 working days). Insured to £150.00. Tracked. Delivery Monday - Saturday. Only available on orders up to £150.00. Order by 9AM GMT/BST for same day dispatch.

Royal Mail Next Day (weekdays): Delivery the next working day, usually by 1pm. Insured to the value of your order. Trackable. Live delivery feed and time slot on the day of your delivery. Monday - Friday. Order by 9AM GMT/BST for same day dispatch.

Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed: Delivery on Saturday, usually by 1pm. Insured to the value of your order. Trackable. Live delivery feed and time slot on the day of your delivery. Order by 9AM GMT/BST on Friday for same day dispatch.

We ship from the United Kingdom. If you are placing an order from the United Kingdom there are no extra charges to pay.


Shipping Policy - International:

Order before 9am GMT/BST for same day dispatch. 

Royal Mail Tracked: Delivery in 5-12 working days. Insured up to £250.00. Trackable. 

Express International Shipping (Fedex/DPD/DHL/UPS): Delivery in 1-3 working days. Insured to the value of your order. Trackable. 

Our items are shipped from the United Kingdom. If you are placing an order from overseas, you may have to pay customs charges and/or import taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying any import taxes or customs charges raised by their local authorities.

We recommend checking the rates for your country prior to placing your order. You will be notified by the courier if there are customs charges to pay, but we also recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking of your order too. Usually, customs charges and/or taxes will need to be paid by the buyer before the item is delivered.

Vintimié is not responsible for any customs charges or import taxes raised. We have no control or involvement in this process and are not responsible for any delays caused by clearance issues in the destination country.

If you refuse a delivery by failing to pay the customs charges in time your order will be returned to us. You will be invoiced to re-pay the shipping costs to re-send the item. No refunds will be given.


We do not ship on the weekends or bank holidays.
