Returns

You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Once your return has been requested, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please email contact@vintimie.com with your order details within 7 days of receipt. Once your return is confirmed, we will provide you with a postage label to send the item back to us.

Please note: the cost of the postage label will be deducted from your refund:

• UK returns: £8
• International returns: £18

Please retain proof of postage when sending your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit without it.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct funds from your refund if we believe an item shows signs of wear or damage.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for the purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds to a different card or payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer not to receive a refund, we also offer exchanges, issued as store credit. As with returns, you must request an exchange within 7 days of receipt, and the item must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: store credit expires one month from the date of issue.
